Inserting Videos

Inserting a Video to a Page

There are three ways of setting a video to appear on a Page. Select one of the options below:

Internal Video

To insert a video that is already uploaded on the CMS to a page, follow these steps:

First, select 'Pages' on the navigation bar.

Using the 'Site Structure' menu on the LHS, navigate to the location in which the relevant page is located.

Select the page, and click 'Edit'.

PageContentForm1

In the 'Content' section of the page (beside 'Basic details'), go to the part of the page where you want to insert the video. Select the 'Add Internal Video' button which is highlighted below.

Select the location in which the file is located, and select the file (*Note: it must be in mp4 or other video format). Select 'Upload'.

A video can also be added to a page without having it pre-uploaded. Simply follow the same steps as outlined above, but, at the end, instead of selecting a file from 'File Library', navigate to 'Upload a file'. Choose the video you would like to add to the page.

Once the file is uploaded, navigate back to 'File Library' and select the file. Click 'Insert'.
