Search

The 'Search' function can save a huge amount of time when you're looking for Pages and Files across your CMS. Follow the steps below to learn how to use the tool effectively. 

Here's some guides for searching for items on your CMS:

Finding a Page

To find a page in the CMS, hover your mouse over 'Search' and select ‘Pages’.

You should now see the 'Search' section of the CMS.

In order to perform a search, fill in the fields on the left hand side and select the 'Search' button below. You do not need to fill in every field on the search form, but you will receive a more accurate result by filling in more parameters.

 Click 'Search'.

The CMS will now begin searching for pages using the criteria you've entered on the search form. Once complete, it will display the files in a list on the centre of the page. Simply select a file from the list to begin editing.

Still can't find the page? Check your Recycle Bin

Finding a File

To find a file in the CMS, hover over 'Search' on the navigation bar, then select 'Files'.

Fill in the search criteria - the more fields filled in, the more accurate the results will be.

Still can't find the file? Check your Recycle Bin

Finding a User

To find a user, you won't actually be using the 'Search' function. Simply select 'Users' on the navigation bar, and all the users across the CMS will appear. Fill in some of the criteria to narrow down your search.
